The homeowners, a young outdoor-loving family, fell in love with their coastal property because of the expansive waterfront views and 250 acres of abutting preservation land.
The homeowners wanted to design a home that would blur the lines between outdoor and indoor living, with several elements blending between the two, such as outdoor-grade furnishings used in both outdoor and indoor spaces. Large floor to ceiling natural stone slabs, wood accents, large windows and sliding glass doors, which provide ample lighting for their large collection of indoor plants.
The home was built when pandemic restrictions were strict, and cabin fever was at an all-time high. The homeowners wanted to feel like they were at a resort without leaving their home. Relaxation and quality time spent with family and friends was the ultimate appeal.

Through an equally strong attention to indoor and outdoor spaces, a seamless connection transpired that provided the homeowners with an airy, no-fuss haven for them to find relaxation and quality time with family and friends.
